We conduct business games, introductory tours, visiting presentations for the students from secondary and higher education institutions, which allow being acquainted with the production process and future profession.
Every year we invite the most successful and ambitious students for an internship at our Company’s production sites, moreover, we offer travel and accommodation fee payments to the students from other towns during their internship.
We organize training led by experienced tutors and attendance at our partners’ facilities within the production internship. We provide our database for graduate work or doctorate paper preparation.
Students who undertook an internship in company structural units and who want to work with Metadynea, take part in the screening for current openings in the field of study.
