Young Specialists
A three-year adaptation and development program is implemented for young specialists, which helps to:
- understand Metadynea corporate culture and get acquainted with its traditions
- unlock graduates creativity
- get involved in the working process quickly
- speed up career development
You may participate in the program if:
- You are younger than 30
- You started working in Metadynea according to your scope of education within one year after graduation from the education institution or within 3 months after military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation
Engagement in the program makes it possible for you to:
- participate in corporate training and development events
- work and develop under the guidance of an experienced tutor
- have your professional skills and leadership potential assessed with recommendations for development, including the admission to the candidate pool (training, practical courses, probation)
